Checks Docker
Docker must be running with Compose v2. An existing Parts Inventory container is safely detected first.
Install on Windows.
The supported Windows path uses Docker Desktop with WSL2 on x64.

Creates private settings
The installer generates an Installation ID, one-time setup token and persistent storage.
Pulls the exact release
The customer kit contains the exact image digest; Docker verifies precisely that image.
Starts and verifies
The browser address and setup token appear only after a successful health check.
Before you begin
Install and start Docker Desktop. Confirm WSL2 is enabled and the computer uses an x64 processor.
- Download and extract the customer kitUse only the kit supplied through the official customer portal.
- Double-click install.exeThe tool creates settings and volumes, pulls the exact image and verifies its health.
- Open the displayed addressUse the one-time setup token to create the first Administrator.
- Complete onboardingChoose workshop name, currency, default receiving location and optionally a printer.
