Your installation, your data
Parts Inventory is self-hosted. Your organization chooses the host, users, network access, integrations, backup destinations and retention. ANLC does not receive your inventory database through normal product use.
What the installation stores
The local database may contain parts, stock, suppliers, orders, projects, locations, prices, audit history, settings, uploaded images and PDFs, and user-account records. Passwords and access tokens are stored only as protected hashes or encrypted secrets where applicable.
Connections you choose
Supplier lookup, currency conversion, update checks and remote backups contact the relevant provider only when that feature is used or configured. Those providers receive the request data needed for the feature and normal network metadata.
Camera and barcode scanning
Camera images are decoded in your browser and are not uploaded for scanning. Only decoded barcode text is sent to your own Parts Inventory server.
Licensing and billing
Free registration sends a random installation ID, product version, plan and optional email to the licensing service. Workshop activation may also send coarse platform information. Stripe handles billing details in its hosted checkout; inventory data and local passwords are not sent for licensing or billing.
Website support email
The website contact form is temporarily unavailable. If you email [email protected] directly, ANLC receives your email address, message and the normal delivery metadata supplied by the email service. The details are used to answer your request; do not include passwords, licence keys, backups or live databases.
Backups, logs and support
You control backup destinations and exported files. Diagnostic bundles exclude the inventory database and secrets, but operational metadata may still be sensitive. Review and sanitize files before sharing them with support.
Your responsibilities and choices
The customer controls access, retention, deletion, exports, backup keys and support sharing. Operators should provide their users with any privacy notice required for their use of the self-hosted installation.
