Why can’t I change settings?

Check your role first. Operators and Inventory Managers cannot manage server settings, users, backup or restore. Sign in as an Administrator. On mobile open More; on desktop Settings is at the bottom of the sidebar beside your account.

Workshop settings

Open Settings to change application name, currency, default receiving location and optional printer. Price visibility is a global choice and uses the configured inventory currency.

Users and access

Under Users & access, an Administrator can create accounts, change roles, reset passwords, disable accounts and revoke sessions. Free supports one enabled user; Workshop supports up to five.

Backup and connections

Configure a local synchronized folder, WebDAV or S3-compatible storage. Docker must expose a local or NAS folder to the container first. Store the encryption key separately; an encrypted export cannot be restored without it.

Licence & subscription

Open Licence & subscription from the desktop sidebar or More on mobile. It shows plan, usage and Installation ID. Stripe subscriptions and online self-service are currently being integrated; until complete, this website has no live checkout.
